If a work is purchased at an auction, i.e. through a public auction, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract or return it, even if participation in the auction takes place remotely (telephone, Internet).

In the case of works purchased in the gallery sale and online store, it is possible to return the work within 14 days of receiving the work by the customer.
